Frank is a vice president at NFP CA Insurance Services, Inc. Over the past two decades, he has developed a broad knowledge of creative solutions for business owners and successful individuals with various financial needs with an emphasis on tax efficiency.

Formally educated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering coupled with a master degree
in finance, he provides a unique blend of strategic problem solving ability and in depth
knowledge of financial markets and insurance solutions.

He holds a Series 7 (General Securities Representative), and Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law Examination) securities registration as well as life, health and variable annuity insurance licenses in various states. He is a registered representative with Kestra Investment Services, LLC., and an investment advisor representative with Kestra Advisory Services, LLC.
