
NEW YORK - April 7, 2022 - First Person Advisors, an NFP company, announced Megan Nail, senior vice president, Consulting and Total Rewards, has been named to the 2022 Membership Advisory Council (MAC) of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). The MAC serves as an interface between human resources professionals, SHRM's volunteer leaders and the leadership of SHRM.

The MAC is comprised of one elected representative from each of the five Regional Councils and provides strategic and operational input from SHRM's 300,000+ members to SHRM's Executive Team and Board of Directors.
In her role with First Person Advisors, Nail advises clients in a variety of areas, including building and designing market competitive compensation structures for organizations. Nail is the past state director for HR Indiana SHRM, was recently named one of nine 'Rising Stars' nationally by Employee Benefit News and has recently earned her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation in addition to her Certified Compensation Professional and SHRM-SCP designations.
