NASHVILLE - June 28, 2021 - NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides property and casualty (P&C), corporate benefits, retirement, and individual solutions, today announced its NFP Executive Benefits business unit has launched an initiative to deliver executive benefits solutions to healthcare organizations. The new initiative, which is based out of Nashville, is being led by Sydney Ball, vice president, business development. Ball will help key executives, physicians, employers and vendors in the healthcare space better understand and address a variety of executive benefits issues that have a direct impact on growth and results.
As one of the nation's largest healthcare hubs, there are more than 500 healthcare companies in the greater Nashville area. As these organizations work to grow their businesses and practices, they need expertise from specialists to help them identify their goals and navigate to solutions that help to achieve them.
NFP's new healthcare initiative will provide tailored solutions to enable healthcare businesses to prioritize the needs of their senior management teams, including retirement completion, benefits equalization and long-term strategies to incentivize executives.
'We're thrilled that Sydney is leading the healthcare initiative for NFP,' said Tony Greene, senior vice president, business development. 'Our shared vision for growing the business and delivering more value to clients aligns well with her experience and capabilities. NFP continues to focus on deploying the perspective of industry experts who understand the nuances of the risks for various healthcare organizations to deliver the executive benefits solutions they need. From hire to retire, NFP is well-positioned to support healthcare executives and physicians.'
Ball, who received both her bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from Nashville-based Lipscomb University, has more than a decade of marketing and business development experience working with organizations across middle and west Tennessee.
'I'm excited to be driving NFP's executive benefits momentum in the healthcare vertical,' said Ball. 'NFP's focus on the healthcare industry creates a great opportunity for us to deliver expertise and solutions that provide lasting value to clients. Today, more than ever, healthcare executives and physicians face challenges when it comes to recruiting, retaining and rewarding their key people. I look forward to playing an active role in advancing their growth and success.'
