Executive Vice President, M&A Integration Management

Dan leads NFP’s Integration Management Office (IMO). Under his leadership, the IMO plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless and efficient integration of acquisitions, coordinating across technology, operations, marketing, and human resources to maximize success. With NFP being a highly acquisitive company, Dan’s expertise has been instrumental in making integration a key differentiator in the company’s M&A strategy.

Beyond M&A integration, Dan has been a driving force in developing NFP’s integrated operational structure and systems, ensuring that the organization has a scalable and efficient framework to support growth. His work has strengthened operational efficiency and enhanced the overall acquisition experience.

Dan also leads NFP’s procurement efforts, implementing cost-saving and risk-mitigation strategies with key suppliers. He also manages the company’s real estate and office space portfolio.

Dan’s tenure with NFP began in 2002. He started in a technology-focused role and transitioned to leading integration management in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science and mathematics from Binghamton University.
